SHARED AMBITION.
It started with a conversation.
September 2023. Addis Amba Hotel. Over 100 developers in one room, brought together by Chapi and Meron. A self-funded gathering of people who wanted honest conversations about technology, careers, and the future in Ethiopia.
Three events later, that community is 1000+ strong. Founders meet future collaborators. Students meet mentors. Ideas turn into projects. Each chapter grows because people show up for each other.
Now, a new chapter.
V4 is about what it means to build in the AI era. The tools have changed. The workflows have changed. With 1,000+ attendees expected, V4 is designed to connect builders with founders, engineering managers, senior executives, and public-sector leaders. We’re bringing the community together to explore the possibilities, practically and openly. Confirmed guests and organizations will be announced as the program develops.
